課程概述

本課程包括「不動產投資」和「不動產市場分析」兩個主題。課程目標在提供不動產相關領域的投資和市場分析理論與應用。本課程介紹以下幾個部分：不動產投資的基本概念、不動產投資決策分析、不動產市場與景氣分析、不動產財務分析方法和投資風險分析，不動產管理與價格分析，不動產證券，不動產金融等重大相關問題。

This course will include two specialities, which are “Real Estate Investment” and “Real Estate Marketing Analysis”. The main purpose of this course is to provide a flavor of the numerous and diverse areas of theory and application of real estate investment and marketing analysis. This course introduces the following sections: the basic concept of real estate investment, real estate investment decision-making analysis, real estate marketing and boom analysis, real estate financial analysis approaches and investment risk analysis, real estate management and price analysis, real estate securities, real estate finance, and other important related issues for real estate investment and marketing analysis.
