內容

課程概述

由於國際貿易之蓬勃發展，故激發對於貿易法規之研究與專業人才培訓之努力。然而國際貿易法涵蓋範圍甚廣，故本課程擬從實務出發，根據法規結合實務之原則，在闡明國際貿易法原則之基礎上，盡可能援引和評析國際貿易之具體實例，使同學掌握基本理論，並提高運用及解決問題之能力。

It is necessary to train profesional persons and do research for international law due to international trade quickly developing. And international law is very wide. This court is not only the principle of international law but also practice. Each person could realize the principle of international trade law. And know how to use it. Each persons could go up the ability of solving international trade problems.
