課程概述 |
本課程第一部分指導學生如何用英文做簡報,學生需在課堂中實際使用英文進行簡報。英文簡報課程規劃循序漸進:從事先準備、開場白、正式進入簡報、論點總結,使學生規劃出內容充實的簡報並以英文完成報告。本課程的另外一個目是了解企業應該如何與顧客之互動,方能獲得顧客的滿意及忠誠回應而產生終身價值,進而提昇企業獲利。企業欲與顧客有效互動,需要有良好的目標、流程、工具及服務介面等元件,本課程探討企業如何有效規劃及設計這些元件,以便做好顧客關係管理(CRM)。主要說明顧客關係與行銷之基礎、本質、消費者行為分析、競爭者分析、滿意度、STP與行銷組合,並透過案例分析及實務探討進行互動,進一步在行銷企劃之邏輯框架下以分組報告的方式研擬出一行銷策略。 First part of the course aims to help students make presentations in English. Students will learn English presentation and public speaking skills. A friendly environment will be provide din the classroom for students to practice public speaking skills and receive feedback. Students will integrate three components of presentation: physical message, visual message and story message. The another purpose of this cause is to understand how the businesses interact with their customers. The effectiveness of customer inter action can make the customers at is fied and loyal, and established life cycle relationship with the business. The components of customer relationship management(CRM) include objective, service process, tools, and, service encounter. The planning and design of these components will be discussed in our course. |
