內容

課程概述

愛情是人類生活中重要的一部分，也是古今許多藝術類別中最常見的主題之一。在音樂的領域裡，許多傑出作品皆環繞著愛情主題而進行。本課將介紹這些以愛情為主軸發展的音樂劇與歌劇，與愛情對音樂創作者與其作品間的影響，並延伸探討性別因素對兩性在音樂領域中發展所造成的不同景況。學生們藉由此課程深入欣賞音樂作品的同時，也豐富了對性別意識與愛情關係的認識與省思。

Love is not only an important part of human life, but also a favourite topic of the arts. Western art music is no exception. Numerous musical works have focused on love-related issues. This module will introduce the outstanding musicals and operas which are based on love stories and illustrate how love/marriage affects the composers themselves and their works. Furthermore, how the gender role has decided the career development of female and male musicians respectively will also be examined.
