課程概述 |
本課程促使學習者瞭解情緒與壓力的基本內涵與相關學理基礎;並且能瞭解情緒與壓力管理的基本原理、管理方法。此外,課程中最重要的是會要求學習者練習壓力與情緒管理的方法,並找出適合自己的情緒壓力抒解方法,以幫助自己有效管理情緒、增進身心健康。 The goal of this course is to enable students to understand the basic concepts of emotion and stress, and the relevant academic foundation. Therefore, students can understand the basic principles and methods of emotional and stress management. In addition, the most important goal in the course is to ask students to practice stress and emotional management methods to find their own emotional stress management methods, and thus help themselves to effectively manage emotions, enhance physical and mental health. |
