課程概述 |
本課程目的在學習瞭解運動不足對健康和適能的影響,並瞭解全人健康的定義及範疇。學習如何監控日常的身體活動,以期自我實施一套完善的全人健康計畫。而主要內涵有以下五點: 1. 瞭解實施一套完善全人健康計畫的益處與意義。 2. 瞭解SMART目標設定在行為改變的歷程之重要性。 3. 分析自己的膳食,並擬定更健康的膳食計畫全人健康與營養。 4. 學會根據理想體脂肪百分比和身體質量指數計算建議體重。 5. 能夠實踐一項完善的減重與維持體重之計畫。 The purpose of this class are as follows 1. To implement a wellness plan for the benefit of people 2. To understand the importance of SMART goal setting in the progress of behavior change 3. To analyze our meal style in order to plan out a healthy meal plan by ourselves. 4. To learn how to figure out the recommend body weight in accordance with the ideal body fat percentage and BMI 5. To be achievable to implement a well-design of weight loss and weight maintenance plan. |
