課程大綱

內容

課程概述

幼兒服務有責任促進兒童的健康,其中包括適當的體能活動。安全是最重要的。幼兒服務必須提供支援安全、動態遊戲、儘量減少對兒童、工作人員和來訪者受傷或事故風險的環境。

本課程的目的如下:

1.瞭解幼兒服務很適宜於培養在生命早期,發展良好的體能活動習慣。

2.瞭解幼兒服務應提供廣泛的遊戲為主、體能活動學習經驗的選擇,並連結到兒童的興趣、能力、身份與先驗知識。

3.瞭解體能活動在兒童保育需要有結構化(即有意的教)的身體活動和非結構化的、自發的活動。

4.瞭解教育工作者可以鼓勵孩子參加體能活動,做為一個活潑的榜樣。

Early childhood services have a responsibility to promote the health of the children in their care, including adequate physical activity. Safety is paramount. Early childhood services must provide an environment that supports safe, active play, minimizing the risk of injury or accident to children, staff and visitors.

The purposes of this course are as followings:

1. Understanding early childhood services are ideally placed to foster the development of good physical activity habits early in life. 

2. Understanding early childhood services should offer a wide choice of play-based, physically active learning experiences that link to children’s interests, abilities, identity and prior knowledge.

3. Understanding physical activity in childcare needs to be made up of both structured (i.e. intentionally taught) physical activity and unstructured, spontaneous activity.

4. Understanding as active role models, educators can encourage children to participate in physical activity.
