內容

課程概述

飲食地理為一學期課程，課程內容包括對於飲食地理相關的研究，作一初步介紹，同時依空間尺度由小至大，使同學了解，飲食在不同空間層級上，與地理、環境及區域等概念，產生的種種關聯。

This module introduces existing literature of geographies of food and drink. The following weeks will explore the issues on food and drink in relation to different geographical scales. This arrangement enables students to explore and understand the various relationships between drink and food and concepts such as geography, environment, region etc. 

授課內容

每個不同的主題，約花2-3週，進行初步介紹及課堂互動討論。配合課堂講授，以及影音或是課外讀物的方式，以落實教學成效。
