課程大綱

內容

課程概述

依據「國有林產物處分規則」，森林副產物則指「樹皮、樹脂、種實、落枝、樹葉、灌藤、竹筍、草類、菌類及其他主產物以外之林產物」。本課程將依照上述定義，將森林副產物進行歸類，並逐堂介紹。同時，也會選定部分主題，讓學生動手操作，期使同學對相關應用，能有更加深刻的體驗。

According to the "Code of Application of National Forest Products", forest by-products include "barks, resins, fruits, seeds, shoots, leaves, vines, bamboo shoots, herbs, shrubs, fungi and those excluded from main products". The knowledge of forest by-products will be categorized and introduced followed the definition above. And, students will have some exercises on some topics in order to let them experience the forest by-products deeply.

授課內容

本課程按森林副產物的屬性，分成不同主題，依次講授。每個主題將會選擇數篇相關論文報告，整合後做為上課內容，並編排成上課用PPT投影片。同時，也會選定部分主題，讓學生動手操作，期使同學對相關應用，能有更加深刻的體驗。
