內容

課程概述

本課程將介紹包括綜合損益表、資產負債表、現金流量表、及股東權益變動表等財務報表培養相關的分析技能。結合財務領域的專業知識，應用財務報表資料，以瞭解財務報表的主要意義，包含短期償債能力、長期償債能力、資本結構、獲利能力、資產使用效率、及投資報酬分析。使同學能以最具效率的方式了解財務報表，迅速掌握企業的財務狀況和營運情形。

This course introduces four financial statements including income statement, balance statement, the statement of cash flows, and the statement of the changes of shareholders equity. The analytical tools and methods will be introduced in the course. It also concerns the fundamental methods of corporate finance management. We will review cash flow analysis techniques, and focus on ratio analysis, such as debt-paying ability, capital structure, profitability analysis, asset utilization, and operating performance, to help students realize the financial statement in an efficient way.

本課程旨在培養同學了解財務報表的特性以及內容，透過財務報表上的數據及相關資訊，利用基本的分析技能針對企業的財務狀況和營運情形加以分析，並了解財務報表數字背後所隱含的故事，以期對企業的經營能有多面向且具體而完整的認識，最終以培養具財務報表分析及判讀能力之企業管理人才。
