課程概述

碳在社會中已經具有相當多的名詞，包括碳中和、淨零排放、氣候中和、零碳排、基準年、企業碳會計；課程中將一一釐清，並探討國內外碳稅、碳交易等機制，並說明潛在挑戰與契機。
