本課程探討人才學習與發展領域，例如：需求分析、學習理論、訓練轉移、訓練評估、訓練方法與生涯管理等。另外包含熱門話題，例如TTQS、企業大學、職能、學習管理系統、知識管理與數位學習等均涵蓋其中，每一章節皆包括最新的學術研究與公司實務。 This course explores areas of talent learning and development, such as needs analysis, learning theory, training transfer, training evaluation, training methods and career management. It also includes hot topics such as TTQS, corporate universities, functions, learning management systems, knowledge management and digital learning, etc. Each chapter includes the latest academic research and company practices. |
