課程概述

本課程旨在使學生學習人際關係與溝通的基本內涵與相關學理基礎，再透過人際溝通技巧的演練，協助學生將課堂所學之知識與技能，實際應用於日常生活中。因此能提升學生之溝通與表達能力、因應人際挫折與問題解決的能力，並提升其人際關係。

This course aims to enable students to learn the connotation and related theories of interpersonal relationships and communication. Through the practice of interpersonal communication skills, students are helped to apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to their daily lives. Therefore, it can improve students' communication and expression skills, their ability to cope with interpersonal setbacks and problem-solving, and enhance their interpersonal relationships.
