課程概述 |
本課程提供學生及有志從事領隊導遊者相關觀光旅遊相關產業知識，最主要是從旅行業領隊與導遊帶團角度切入，共分四大部分：一是基本的「領隊導遊與觀光事業」做為「奠基」，有好的基礎就能夠向上堆疊；第二部分「領隊的工作流程」則是傳授帶團基本功；第三部份「導遊的工作流程」引領Inbound市場所需人才；最後探討「領隊導遊帶團技巧」讓帶團技能更上一層樓。 This course provides relevant knowledge for those who are interested in working as tour guides and travel practitioners. The most important thing is from the perspective of tour leaders and tour guides in the travel industry. It is divided into four parts: The first is the basic "tour guides and tourism business" as the "foundation"; the second part "the workflow of a tour leader " teaches the basic skills of leading a group; the third part "the workflow of a tour guide" leads the talents needed in the Inbound market; and finally discusses the skills of a tour leader and guide , taking the group leading skills to the next level. |
