課程概述

This course is a professional course designed to explore the decoding of real estate regulations: from theory to application in the field of practice. It also deeply discusses the theoretical basis of real estate regulations and combines it with actual case analysis. This will enable students to fully understand the content and operating mechanisms of real estate regulations. The course will start from the basic concepts of real estate regulations and introduce relevant knowledge such as the definition of real estate, the main forms of real estate transactions and legal procedures. Next, the course will explore theoretical issues such as the formulation background, legal sources, and legal systems of real estate regulations, and gain an in-depth understanding of the specific operation and application scenarios of the regulations through case analysis.
