內容

課程概述

人權為普世價值，受憲法保障。如何保障，世界各國又多以終審或憲法法院大法官之判決呈現。本課程旨在透過我國憲法法庭及大法官解釋案例之介紹與分析，另佐以外國法院相關案例，帶領同學踏上認識人權之旅程，認識、瞭解憲法保障之各種不同基本權利究竟以何種面貌、在何種範圍內影響每一個人的生活。 

Human rights are universal values ​​and are guaranteed by the Constitution. As for how to protect this, countries around the world often use the final judgment or the judgment of the chief justice of the Constitutional Court. This course aims to lead students on a journey of understanding human rights through the introduction and analysis of cases interpreted by Taiwan's Constitutional Court and justices, as well as relevant cases from foreign courts, and to understand how the various basic rights guaranteed by the Constitution are based on. kind of appearance and to what extent it affects everyone’s life.
