內容

課程概述

本課程除帶領學生認識生活中常見的法律紛爭類型外，並引導學生認識各類法律關係中當事人的權利義務及其法律責任。針對訴訟上以及訴訟外紛爭解決機制之部分，則包含如何擬定和解契約、各類調解制度內容以及仲裁特色等介紹。

This course not only introduces common types of legal disputes in daily life but also guides students to understand the rights, obligations, and legal responsibilities of parties involved in various legal relationships. It covers aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including contract drafting, the content of various mediation systems, and the characteristics of arbitration.

本課程除講授日常生活法律個案及其相關法律規定外，並安排課堂討論時間或進行各類實作活動，使學生更熟悉所學之法律知識，並能善加運用不同的紛爭解決機制。
