課程概述

《政黨與議會》為一學期課程，課程內容主要有四：

1.政黨與政治發展；2.憲政體制、選舉制度與政黨體系；3.英國、美國、德國與中華民國的選舉制度與政黨體系；4.英國、美國、德國與中華民國的政黨與議會。

The contents of this course include the following issues:

1. Political Parties and Political Development

2. Constitutional Systems, Electoral Systems and Party Systems

3. Electoral Systems and Party Systems in Britain, America, Germany and Taiwan

4. Political Parties and Parliaments in Britain, America, Germany and Taiwan

授課內容

每個授課單元的進度安排約2~3週，以課堂講授與討論為主，配合分組報告，期中、期末兩次評量，以落實教學成效。
