本課程”就業法”,係以母法”就業服務法”及其相關子法與命令等體系為藍本,進行法令中各條文內容,所定之總體原則性與個別性及特殊性之主要意涵,及在實務上研訂政策所思考採用的理念與依據,以及其在執行時所遇到的問題、因應解決策略與方法的思維方向,並兼論相關國家在就業法實務概況,且進行就服法令體系研定與實務執行相關議題評估、研究及討論,以建立學生對就服法令政策訂定與執行的深度與廣度理解力,進而在未來職場上,能有效地運用,增強其在此領域之規劃力、專業力與執行力,為企業組織、勞資雙方、社會及個人,倡議及提供發展工作與家庭生活平衡之目標。 The "Employment Law" of this course is based on the system of "Employment Service Law" and its related sub-law and order.
