課程概述

就勞動法之內容，擇定十五項議題（如後教學進度所列），就法規內容與實務予以說明並討論。

As for fifteen topics (such as the post teaching schedule)of labor law, to explain and discuss the content and practice of regulation.

授課內容

我國對於勞工問題之處理已有相當之制度規範，故於講授之內容上以法規制度內容之說明為主，並佐以實務狀況或案例說明。
