內容

課程概述

本課程目的在引導學生熟悉人力資源管理之重要理論，瞭解人力資源管理之議題，從而進一步認識企業訓練實務策略；本課程也將利用實例介紹二十一世紀人力資源管理過程與未來可能面臨之挑戰，培養學生對「人力資源管理」有整體性的認知，為將來進入職場奠定實用的基礎。

This course is designed to guide students to familiarize the important theory of human resource management and to understand the issues of human resource management so as to further understand the corporate training practice strategy. This course will also to illustrate and face the challenges in the 21st century by examples that the human resource management process. To cultivate students have a holistic understanding on the "human resources management".
