內容

課程概述

寵物是人類畜主寵愛親近的寵伴動物，寵物的家人可於共伴生活學習、實踐、尊重與珍愛生命。本課程設計分成五項主軸：照護責任、衛生潔容、豐富生活、行為福祉、與共識選養。

Pet animals to pet owners are the companions with close relationships. Family members with pet animals during co-op living must practice fulfilling on honoring and appreciating life. The pet animal healthcare course comprises 5 main themes pertaining to obligation hosting, hygiene cosmetics, enriched living, behavior welfare, and consensus hosting.

授課內容

課程彙整二類寵物包括家犬與家貓，對應選養考量與照護責任，以及八項須知包括生態與生活，生命與福祉，適法與急診，暨保健與潔容，對應關鍵目標與健康照護。

課程彙整相關通識內容約佔八成，涵蓋初階部分提供跨域科系同學基礎學習，以及相關專業內容約佔二成，涵蓋進階部分提供發展專業同學增益實習。
