課程大綱

內容

課程概述

專利賞析為一學期課程，課程內容首先介紹專利權概念、我國專利法規、專利檢索方法、專利說明撰寫要點、專利申請範圍撰寫要點、和專利實務知識。然後，導引同學進行經典專利案之賞析。

Topics on patent rights, ROC patent law, patent search, highlights for patent description and patent claim, and patent knowledge will be introduced in this course. Students will then learn to analyze and appreciate classic patent cases.

授課內容

每主題導讀進度約1~3週，以課堂講授與討論為主，配合隨堂作業，期中、期末兩次評量，以落實教學成效。
