課程概述 |
依據人力資源管理之重要性,安排課程內容,從人力資源管理之功能與角色、人力資源管理之內外在環境、企業發展與人力資源規劃、工作分析與人力招募活動、人力甄選與測試面談作業、企業員工訓練與才能發展、員工績效評估與績效管、員工職涯發展與職涯管理、有效薪資設計與薪資管理、激勵制度設計與實務運作、員工福利計劃與服務措施、企業倫理與職業倫理議題、企業勞資關係與爭議處理、人力資源管理之未來發展。理論與實務並重分析探討,以培育對人力資源管理的基本知識、技能與能力。 The objectives of the course result from the importance of Human Resource Management(HRM).The content of the course includes function and role of HRM,inside and outside of the HRM environment,enterprise development and HRM planning,job analysis and human recruitment activities,selection and test interview,training and development,performance appraisal and performance management,carrer development and carrer management,payment design and payment management,incentive system design and practical operation,emplpyee benefits,business ethics and work ethics,labor reations and handling,the future development of HRM.As far as HRM is concerned,both the theoretical and practical sides will be analyzed with care,so that cultivate the basic knowledge,skill and ability of HRM. |
