內容

課程概述

運動的目的,是為維持健康,想要達到健康,必需適時適度運動。健康與體適能兩者息息相關,不可分割;要使身體機能達到最佳狀態,除了要飲食均衡和有良好的生活習慣外,適量運動亦非常重要。現代生活中,特別提倡健康體適能以及運動的必要性。

The purpose of exercise is to maintain health, if you want to achieve health, must be appropriate moderate exercise. Health and physical fitness are closely related, inseparable; to make the body function to achieve the best condition, in addition to a balanced diet and have good habits, the appropriate exercise is also very important.
