內容

課程概述

除了基本談判溝通技巧,本課程含括了談判的整個過程如談判前的準備,談判目標的設定,議題的整理,談判雙方的差異溝通和解決,協議達成等。重要的英文詞彙,言語行為和非口語溝通技巧如肢體語言,聲調,語氣等亦會透過課堂活動練習。

Besides the basic negotiating skills covered in this class, students will learn the whole process of negotiation from preparation, setting a goal, organization of issues discussed, resolving differences, to reaching an agreement. Essential expressions and useful speech acts and nonverbal communication skills such as uses of body language, tone and voice are introduced and practiced in task-based activities.

授課內容

透過主題模擬情境,搜集資料,瞭解談判對手,學習談判語彙,實際進行談判操作演練。
