課程概述

    保險是一紙法律契約，同時也是一種經濟制度，本科目之目的在藉由課程之講授，從法律與經濟甚至數學的角度來探討保險學的性質與原理，增進學生對於保險理論與實務的瞭解，並能訓練學生獨立思考與分析的能力，期望能激發學生進一步學習的動機與興趣。

    An insurance policy is a legal contract,and an economic regulation.The purposes of this class is to discuss the properties and principles of insurance from legal and economic aspects.In order to understand the theories and practices,discipline the ability of independent thinking and analysis.I look forward to encourage the motive and get you into the habit of your further study.
