本課程為園藝科學的應用,在樂活概念之主導下學習茶業基本學識與技術,探討茶產業與生活之關聯性,並進而了解茶文化,並實際運用在日常生活之中。課程內容主要包括1.茶業發展歷史。2.台灣名茶。3.茶葉生產與製造。4.茶葉品質與健康。5.茶文化與生活茶。 This course is the application of horticultural science, under the guidance of LOHAS concept to learn the basic knowledge and technology of tea industry, understand the tea culture, and practical use in daily life. The present course will introduce 1.The history of tea. 2.Famous tea of Taiwan. 3.Tea production and processing. 4.Tea quality and human health.5.Tea culture. |
