課程概述 |
本課程以宏觀的方式介紹構成餐旅業的眾多產業(如旅遊、旅館、餐廳、廚藝、博弈、郵輪與休閒等)以及它們之間相互的關聯性。同時探討餐旅產業持續國際化的發展與產業之間的整合。 This course will introduce all the general facets of different segments of the Hospitality Industry including: lodging; wineries; restaurants; food and beverage; tourism and recreation; and other operational areas of the Hospitality Industry. At the same time, it discusses the integration between the development of the international tourism industry and the industry. |
授課內容 |
課堂上講授餐旅管理觀念和實例,透過選用教材內問題研究的習作與討論;課內不定時抽選同學針對教材內問題研究內容作答。另安排專題演講與影片教學,協助同學對餐旅產業的了解。 |
